Fall is here which means we get to break out our scarves, sweaters and layer our clothes to make a fashion statement while staying warm. Many people love the fall because of its fashion, but what about our pets? They can also be fashionable, too! Check out the fall 2012 fashion trends we’ve been seeing:
Leather collars: Leather collars are hot for dogs and cats right now! Leather is the fabric used all on the runways of Paris, New York and Milan. Dress your pup or kitten in a sleek leather collar and they’ll be the talk of the town! For a cooler look, get your pup a collar with studs!
Jackets: Unless your pet’s skin is water and weather resistant, it can be kind of a bummer for your pet to go outside when it’s raining or too cold. That’s where a jacket will come in handy for the cooler months ahead when your pet’s fur isn’t enough or it’s just too cold!
Shoes: Paws and hooves are so last season. Shoes for pets are all the rage now. When walking around the neighborhood or your backyard, your pet’s paws and pads need to be protected in the cooler weather. Shoes for pets are also great to wear during the winter months, especially if your pet doesn’t like walking on snow.
Your pet can be just as fashionable as you are this fall season, so make sure that you AND your pet look runway worthy when you step out the door!
