*Expired* I was able to request the sample before posting it, but it looks like it spread rather quickly and looks like they are out of samples. Hope you were able to get one!

Click on “Blog” in small font at the very top of the home page, then click on “Contact/Samples”. The link’s not taking me to the form.
I had the same problem, can’t find a form.
I just tried the link again and I got to sign up for free samples! It says that they only take 1000 entries a month and then draw randomly from old and new entries so there is no reason to enter more than once. Try it again!

i have tried this many times for the past year and it will never take the form….i finally emailed them but have not heard back
I know that they have had issues with it and now they are saying they will give away 1000 every month from new and old submissions.
