Pet Supplies Plus: Get Tidy Cats Litter FREE!**Dead Deal**

by Kristy on February 26, 2010

***To those having problems: I apologize for the problems that some of you are experiencing with this deal. I would try to figure it out for myself but I don’t have any Pet Supplies Plus Stores here in California. I honestly post deals to help out my readers with their pet budgets, but I am not always able to try out all of the deals personally. A lot of time and effort goes into posting these deals and I can’t guarantee perfection.

Bucktown Bargains who sent me this deal stated in the comments:
“I called a number of Pet Supplies Plus stores who said they would take the coupon. If not, Pet Smart will do a price match. Just print the ad and take it to Pet Smart. http://66.155.33.3/zipcode/flyers_pdf/flyer28.pdf”

Thank you for being understanding and I hope some of my reader’s stores accepted the coupon.***

Pet Supplies Plus has Tidy Cats Litter on sale 2 for $6. Which means it will be FREE when you use the $3/1 Tidy Cats coupon that I posted about earlier. Print coupon here if you use Firefox. You should be able to print 2 coupons per computer. What a great deal!

Go HERE to find a Pet Supplies Plus store near you. It looks like the majority of stores are on the east coast, so I will unfortunately have to miss out on this deal. Keep in mind that this deal may be regional…but hopefully many of you will be able to get the free litter.

If you don’t have a cat this would be a great freebie to get and donate to a local animal shelter!

Note: Although this coupon says “Petsmart” on it, it can be redeemed at Pet Supplies Plus because they accept competitors coupons.

Happy Pet Savings! :)

Thanks, Bucktown Bargains!

My coupon says for any variety of scoop litter.
The above is not scoop litter.

I called my Pet Supplies Plus store and they won't take a competitor coupon. She told me they will match ad prices but cannot accept their coupons.

Also it says for 20 lb or larger package, which the above on sale is not. What a waste of ink and paper. Ugh. :(

The only way they take coupon is "Price Match" but not coupon and price match…so it still makes it $3 not free…sorry. they would not make money off that if that was case its already marked down as low as coupon would take it at petsmart. this is really misleading ,not trying to be rude but this coupon also prints out two pages and it is a waste at this point if trying to get it for free after all the extra input.

Anon,

Please read my comment above. I am sorry that there was such a huge issue with it, wasn't my intention at all, I was hoping to help you all save money by getting free litter. I had no idea that the deal would not work as planned since this deal was passed on to me and I do not have a Pet Supplies Plus here in California. I'm sorry that you wasted your time and your ink, but please know that I had good intentions and I am only human. I do not have the time to check out everything and make everything perfect for everyone. Hopefully this site has helped and will help you save money on pet products in other ways.

Have a nice weekend and thank you for visiting My Pet Savings. :)

Thank you Kristy for reading comments and for all of your hard work you put into this site. you have helped me save SO much money! with all of the great deals & coupons that you post there is bound to be one that does not work, totally understandable. Just wanted you to know that I appreciate you.

This is my first time finding your blog, and I am definitely going to bookmark it for future deals!

I do want to say that this one did not work out for me. Pet Supplies Plus was more than happy to accept a PetSmart coupon, but the coupon is for scoopable litter and the sale is for clay litter. The scoopable litter is on sale for $10 so with $3 off coupon is still $7, or you can get the clay litter for 2/$7. They didn't have any Tidy Cats litter that was $3; $3.50 for the clay was the cheapest.

I appreciate all you do and just wanted to post this for other readers. I certainly don't blame you for the fact that the coupon site automatically forces us to print out two pages, but I wanted to warn others that the coupon is not even for the sale product since it is not possible to see what the coupons are for until they print.

Thanks!

I did say don;t take offense, All I was saying is you might want to EDIT your post now that more research has been done, so others dont waste the ink on it…At least take FREE off…Some people wont read the comments and will try this just to waste trip over for nothing
