I have an exciting announcement about My Pet Savings that I wanted to share with you all. I hope that this website has been helpful for you in saving money on your pet supplies. I wanted to take things one step further to truly helping pets by having a monthly animal shelter or organization donation!
I am proud to announce that My Pet Savings will be donating 20% off ALL income earned through this website! So that means you are making a difference just by being here. All revenue earned from ad-clicks, affiliate links, donations, or purchases on MyPetSavings.com all contribute to the 20% monthly donation. How cool is that? So the more revenue earned, the more money we can give to help pets! :)
How Will This Work?
There will be a new shelter selected for donation every month! I will be taking shelter nominations and selecting 1 winning shelter each month through random.org. I want to make sure all shelters that are nominated have a chance, so once a shelter receives a donation they will not be available again for selection until 3 other shelters have received donations. In other words, when a shelter receives a donation they will be added back into the donation drawing after 3-months. I will take 6 of the nominated shelters and make a poll in one of my right sidebars. The top 3 shelters with the most votes will be eligible for winning the donation for that month.
How You Can Help:
Spread the word! Tell your friends and family to vote for a shelter or nominate a shelter. Check out MyPetSavings.com when you want to make a pet purchase or save money on pet products. We are currently working on adding more affiliates to provide you with more products for all of your pet’s needs. Just by being here you are helping contribute towards the monthly Help-A-Pet Project.

What a great idea – thank you for being so proactive in helping pets! I would like to nominate Italian Greyhound Rescue (http://www.italiangreyhound.org/pages/500rescue.html). I have been volunteering with this organization for years and have seen how many pets they have helped. I was a rescue representative and actually saw a dog sneeze out his own tooth because his previous owners had neglected dental care for so long. Thanks for the opportunity and keep up the good work!
